A Dispatch Service Representative (DSR) at Swick is responsible for providing logistical support to our field personnel and assure all customer commitments are met. Candidates who will thrive in this role enjoy helping others and being their team’s go-to person. They are also great at having a sense of urgency, maintaining schedules, and giving every detail great attention.
Schedule
- Monday- Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm/5pm
Essential Job Duties
- Make sure the right technicians get to the right jobs on time, prepared, and informed
- Answer incoming calls, emails, and other requests projecting a professional, memorable image
- Make outbound calls to book, confirm, reschedule, and survey existing and potential customers
- Maximize opportunities through dispatching processes and adhering to the company expectations and goals
- Support for overflow from Customer Service Representatives
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving and criminal record
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Knowledgeable on current processes and procedures, promotions, coupons, and any other necessary information
- Able to communicate professionally, clearly, and concisely with other team members, management, and customers
- Flexibility to move between tasks based on business need and balance competing priorities
- Must be highly detailed and demonstrate the ability to follow through
- Highly motivated, flexible, and great attitude on life
- Outgoing personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
